Day 68

Today was the big powder puff game.  Our class didn't win the game but that is OK our cheer leaders took it to the house.  It was a lot of fun and a really nice change of pace.

Day 67

Today was fun and I enjoyed it.  the end.

Day 66

Today was pretty nice but I need to kick it up a notch with studying so that I can understand things and make a good grade.

Day 65

A real nice short day of class but we had some assignments to do that are garbage for a grand rounds presentation.  then I went for a run and then studied a bit before grabbing some grub with some classmates and then going over the steps for my OSCE.

Day 64

So I didn't say they day but you can see it on the post.  Neuro test 1 is complete and just waiting to see scores.  today was nice to not think about school much after it was over I played some basketball and hung out with some people from class.  good times.

Day 63

Really easy day with a test and then studying.  I also filmed this from my newly remodeled bathroom as you will see.  I am very excited about it!  And I am confident I did well on my exam too.

Day 62

Short class and then study.  I spent like 3 hours in the anatomy lab tonight to get ready.  Fun times with class mates and dead folks.

Day 61

so my sister told me that in a couple of my posts I seemed like I was on drugs but no just really tired.  that is med school for you.  I will try to be more alert.

Day 60

Wow time is flying by.  My beard is looking nice for the Powder puff game in a few weeks and then I will most likely keep it for no shave november.   Class was not bad today the MLM we had with a neurosurgeon was really good.  now I need sleep!

Day 59

A lot of class and it was hard to pay attention today.  Sorry for the random all-overness that is this post is is late and I should be in bed but I will be soon enough.

Day 58

Sooo the awaited day is over!  I took an OMM exam this morning and then by the time I left school I got to hold a human brain in my hands.  Well I held more than one but it was amazing.

Day 57

Well today was not super eventful but there is always tomorrow.  studied for an exam and took an OSCE final for clinical interviewing.

Day 56

More face and skull in lab and we got out the bone saws today and took off part of the jaw and the zygomatic arch in the face!  Our nice cadaver had some sweet gold teeth.  the top of the skull is friday and I am stoked for that.

Day 55

Today was short with only two hours of class due to OMM competencies which were nice and easy.   Studying was hard I seem to have a hard time studying for OMM at times due to the way the test questions are written and administered in lab.  but overall a good day with some fun times.

Day 54

Another day of class today that seemed really long.  However, I was excited when it was over.  We started dissection of the face and neck which was awesome.

Day 53

Sorry for being sleepy and such the last couple posts.  tonight was nice and I am really tired from the day.

Day 52

Well today was good I had class with a quiz this morning and then a nice nap and studied the rest of the evening and now to bed for some sleep before the exam!

Day 51

Another day and this time I cut up a foot.  Good day but the next few nights will be long with the test looming over friday morning!

Day 50

well who knew I would make it to day 50!  Well it has come and gone and now I need to sleep

today we had some class that was not that exciting but then in lab while putting up Eric D (our cadaver)  we may have taken his shoulder out of joint not on purpose!  Sorry Eric.

Day 48

Today was a crazy day in the lab between professors saying funny stuff and people cutting their fingers and having to go to the ER!   good times
